Dear Lello
It was a real pleasure meeting you this past week and spending 4 marvelous days in Italy. We were very pleased with your service. As I mentioned to you before, I will be taking a cruise at the end of the month that will be stopping in Naples on July. My mother will be visiting with us and she has never been to the Amalfi Coast. Leon and I decided that even if we had been there recently we would like to go again with my mother, having you as our private driver.

Dear Sig. Cibelli ( or Lello as I feel I've known you all my life),
" I want to thank you for such a wonderful day my family and I had with you in the Italian
countryside.
Some people may be hesitant to connect by on-line means but I had a good feeling and my expectations
were exceeded!"
To anyone who is thinking about hiring a private driver Lello is your man. He is prompt, professional, reasonable and goes out of his way to make it a memorable experience.
He is a safe competent driver. Driving in New York or Boston is a ride in the park compared to some
of the narrow roads in Italy. He drove about 2 hours in the countryside to the town my grandparents
were born. We were able to find the orphanage my grandmother was raised although the original one
was destroyed in an earthquake in the 60's my aunt and uncle felt a real connection to their family
heritage. We even stopped at a cemetery and searched for some sites with the family names."
We stopped for lunch at a small deli and no one spoke English. Lello was parking and he came in a
few minutes behind us and as he did I felt like our hero had arrived! He walked us through it all
making something as simple as lunch in a strange country easy.

Dear Lello,
We have arrived home to the US from our wonderful trip to Italy. We miss it so much and want to return already.
We really want to express to you how much we enjoyed having you as our driver and guide. We really enjoyed our trips to Sorrento and Pompei. Because of your expert driving, we felt confident and safe. We also enjoyed your knowledge of the area and points of interest. Your professional appearance was also appreciated. My Aunt remarked, "He's so well groomed!" Truly, you always looked amazing.
Most of all, we loved your personality, your professionalism, your kindness and especially your patience with us. Being a large group, we sometimes had to coordinate our travel, and we made last minute changes. Your patience and help was greatly appreciated. You even acted as a translator for us that first day at the villa with the laundry service driver. That was service above and beyond our expectations.

Our first trip to Italy this past May was made even more special because we found Lello Cibelli! My parents, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sorrento and the surrounding area. Lello took us along the Amalfi Coast from Sorrento to Ravello for an unforgetable day. We also spent a time visiting a town of our ancestors and a medieval village. When a museum that lello wanted us to enjoy wa sunexpectasntly close,Lello made a special trip to take us to a lovely restaurant overlooking Capri. He also arranged a private trip on a traditional Sorrentine boat to the Isle of Capri. We avoided the crowds and swam in the beautiful Tyrrenean Sea. Lello's pride in his home is evident in his pleasant stories and his knowledge of history,culture,flora and fauna. Lello is not only a skilled and patient driver, he is a good friend!

Lello, thanks for a great tour of Sorrento while we were there with my parents in June. We had a great time and will recommend you to any friends. We will be back and will be getting in touch with you. We are in the process of making the limoncello you gave us the recipe for but have not had a chance to try it yet. Lello greeted us with the most beautiful smile when we arrived in Naples, he was incredibly helpful and charming, we enjoyed the conversation we had with him on the way to Sorrento and hired him to take us on a tour of Pompeii and the Amalfi coast the following day which was wonderful. Thank you Lello. |

We were extremely lucky to meet Lello on our arrival in Naples as our driver. We then hired him for the next day for a tour of Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. He was flexible, informative and fun! Much better than those crowded bus tours. Bravo Lello! |
